After lunch Clara naps and I went for a nice run around the race track and to the gym at the Football Club to get some weight training in. That evening Ali I went out with Ollie and David Watts, friends from Sevenoaks, for drinks at the Club and a delicious Sichuan meal at the Red Pepper in nearby Causeway Bay. On the way to the restaurant as we turned down streets looking typically like the ones in China Town in San Fran or London I said "Is this the China Town of Hong Kong?" - well you can imagine the had time I was given for such a dumb question, it was too late there was no way to take the question back!
